Taking the first step to seek help can feel daunting, even if you've had some form of counselling in the past. I provide a warm, empathetic and supportive space in which you can feel safe to share. There are no targets or homework to complete. Each session is your space and time. I will encourage you to explore at a pace that's right for you and together we will work with what you bring.

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin to explore what has brought you to counselling, your expectations and to see whether we feel we would like to work together. I will ask you about your present circumstances and also something of your past. Sessions last for 50 minutes and are held weekly, on the same day and time. I offer both open-ended and time-limited short-term work. I offer both face to face and remote sessions, depending on your preference.
